Terms and Conditions
1. Subject
These Terms and Conditions of Sale set forth the terms and conditions for booking rooms offered by Le Reflet de la Semoy through the website refletdelasemoy.fr.
2. Booking
Bookings can be made:
- via the website
- via the booking form or by direct enquiry
It takes effect after:
- confirmation by email
- approval by the institution
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€).
They are subject to change at any time, but the rate applied will be the one in force at the time of booking.
4. Payment terms
Payment cannot be made online.
It can be made:
- in person
or - in accordance with the instructions provided in the confirmation
5. Cancellation
Any cancellation made more than 7 days before the arrival date is free of charge.
In the event of cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours before arrival, 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival, a no-show or early departure, the full cost of the stay will be due.
All cancellation requests must be confirmed in writing (by email or message).

6. No right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to tourist accommodation services.

8. Liability
The guest is liable for any damage caused on the premises.
The establishment accepts no liability in the event of:
- loss
- theft
- damage to personal belongings
9. Capacity
The number of people per room is limited to the capacity stated at the time of booking.
10. Animals
Pets are permitted only under the conditions set out in the house rules.
11. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a matter of priority.
Failing that, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the establishment’s registered office.
